Account & Data Deletion

We respect your right to delete your personal data. You can request deletion on the web (no app required) or delete your account from the Hangrybot app.
Delete from the web (no app required)
Email support@hangrybot.com from the address on your Hangrybot account. Write that you want your Hangrybot account deleted and include the email or sign-in method you use. We monitor this mailbox and will confirm when deletion is complete. You do not need Hangrybot installed.
How to Delete Your Account in the app
You can also delete your account directly from the iOS or Android app:
- Open Hangrybot and go to the Profile tab
- Scroll down to Account Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision when prompted
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account Information: Email, name, profile picture
- Health Data: All food photos, fasting records, nutritional logs
- Social Data: Friend connections, shared content, comments
- Usage Data: App preferences, settings, and history
- Subscription Information: Billing history and subscription status
Important Information
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
- All your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
- Deleting the account does not cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel in Apple Settings → Subscriptions or the Google Play Subscription Center first, or you may still be billed
- Deletion may take up to 30 days to complete across all our systems
- Some data may be retained for legal or security purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy
Timeline

Immediate: Your account is deactivated and you are logged out

Within 24 hours: Your data is removed from active systems

Within 30 days: Complete removal from all backup systems
